Hazardous material container for passive storage of flammable substances, exterior dimensions 2570 x 5075 x 2075 mm, galvanized.

Designed for outdoor storage of flammable media in accordance with regulations, this container is flexible and mobile. It is approved for flammable substances of GHS categories 1 - 3 and features a robust galvanized steel construction. The container can be moved when empty at any time, equipped with crane lugs and can be accessed with a forklift. It comes standard with a double wing door and hot-dip galvanized collecting trays with grating, supporting a maximum load of 1000 kg/m² with distributed load. With shelves (accessories), it can be utilized as walk-in small container storage.

The container has particularly stable profiled wall and roof elements made of sheet steel, reinforced roof and floor frame profiles, and circumferential liquid discharge plates (except on doors). It includes weather-protected ventilation openings in the doors and rear wall. Additional exterior wall painting in sky blue RAL 5015 is available at extra cost, with other colors upon request. It is designed to withstand snow load according to DIN EN 1055.

The size and position of the double wing door can be referenced in the line drawing, with other placements available upon request. It is equipped with a safety lock. The unloading point must be accessible by truck-trailer combination, and a crane or forklift is required for unloading. If these are not available, please order crane or forklift unloading as an accessory.

Containers should be stored tightly closed, and opening, filling, or emptying of the containers during storage is not permitted. The container features permanent self-ventilation through all-round ventilation openings.
