For rapid heating, warming and keeping liquids at a constant temperature. Use the base heating plate where a heating jacket is not practical, or in combination with a drum heating jacket to achieve even faster heating times. Liquids and materials are heated to the ideal temperature using the base plate and kept at a stable temperature to ensure easy processing and consistent product quality. Ideal for heating water, oils, fats, waxes, resins and diesel fuel. Can be combined with drum heating jackets and insulated covers to reduce the warm-up time.

The temperatures that can be achieved depend on many variables – for example, the ambient temperature, the supply voltage, the medium, the material of the container, the container size, whether a stirrer is used, and much more.
