Barrier post, semi-automatic retractable, hot-dip galvanized. This barrier post solves many blocking problems better than other posts. Ideal for streets and squares that are only temporarily open to traffic: pedestrian zones, marketplaces, parking areas, garage entrances, archways, etc. The post can be retracted in seconds using an above-ground hydrant key according to DIN 3223: Traffic can roll over the nearly flush-mounted ground sleeve without obstruction. Total height 2050 mm, of which 1150 mm is below ground. Diameter: upper part 76 mm, lower part 100 x 100 mm. Easy installation. In case of damage, the upper part can be replaced. Semi-automatic: After unlocking with the triangular key, the gas spring automatically lifts the upper part out of the ground sleeve. After a slight lift, the post locks automatically. The unlocked upper part is retracted by simply pressing it down. Installation note: Ensure proper drainage (gravel filling). The barrier post must not be installed in standing water (e.g., groundwater). Maintenance: Important for proper function. Remove accumulated dirt at least biannually, clean all moving parts, and lubricate the locking hook.
