Justrite FM Safety Cabinet

FM safety cabinet, HxWxD 1651 x 1092 x 457 mm, manual doors, for acids and alkalis, blue. Designed for the storage of flammable liquids and liquids hazardous to water according to FM regulations (country-specific regulations must be observed).

This robust, two-door cabinet is made of double-walled welded, powder-coated sheet steel. It features easy-closing, self-locking doors with a three-point locking system that can also be padlocked. Reflective decals are included, along with an adjustment device to compensate for uneven floors. The cabinet has ventilation openings with a flame arrester and a grounding plug connection.

Interior equipment includes two shelves made of galvanized sheet steel, height adjustable in 76 mm increments, with a load capacity of 159 kg. The bottom collecting tray is tightly welded with a volume of 20 liters. Blue and green cabinets come with an additional PE tray for shelves and a floor collecting tray.

These manual closing cabinets provide a simple and cost-effective solution. The doors are closed by hand and can open up to 180° for optimal access. When the door is closed manually, the three-point locking system locks automatically.

Different colored cabinets allow for color coding of the media stored within them. For example, yellow cabinets are for media hazardous to water, while blue cabinets are for aggressive media such as acids and alkalis.

In Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, these cabinets are not approved for the storage of flammable media.
