Electric explosion-protected drum/container pump set for flammable media, with a flow rate of 112 l/min and a maximum height of 16 m. This pump allows for the safe and explosion-protected emptying of 1000 litre IBC/CTC containers and 200 litre drums. Its low weight makes it easy to handle, and it comes as a practical pump set ready for immediate use.

The electric, explosion-protected container pump set is designed for IBC/CTC tank containers and 200 litre drums, suitable for flammable and easily combustible media. It has a maximum flow rate of 112 l/min, a maximum height of 16 m, a maximum viscosity of 1000 mPas, and a maximum density of 1.9 g/cm³. The pump unit is made of stainless steel, features a crosslinked polyethylene hose, and includes a brass nozzle with PTFE seals.

The drum pump motor operates at 230 V, 50/60 Hz, with a power of 825 W, and has a protection class of II 2G Ex db IIC T6 Gb, IP55. It includes overload protection with a zero voltage trip and comes with a 5 m cable without a plug (the customer is responsible for connection). It has undergone EC type testing by Bureau Veritas EPS 17 ATEX 1 088 X and holds an IECEx certificate IECEx EPS 17.0045 X.

The pump unit is constructed from stainless steel 1.4571, with an external diameter of 41 mm and a connection thread of G 1 1/4''. It features a stainless steel shaft and an immersion tube length of 1200 mm, allowing it to extend beyond the drum by approximately 200 mm. The pump has also passed EC type testing ZELM 09 ATEX 0424 X.

Included are a 2 m conductive multi-purpose hose (1'' or NW 25), two stainless steel hose connections (IG 1 1/4'' or IG 1''), one nickel-plated brass nozzle with PTFE seals, and one potential equalization cable set for earthing the pump.
