Electric explosion-protected drum pump set for flammable media, with a flow rate of 82 l/min and a height of 9 m. This pump allows for safe and fast emptying of 200-litre drums. Its low weight makes it easy to handle, and it comes as a practical pump set ready for immediate use.

Designed for 200-litre drums and easily combustible media, it has a maximum flow rate of 82 l/min, a maximum height of 9 m, a maximum viscosity of 400 mPas, and a maximum density of 1.3 g/cm³. The pump unit is made of stainless steel, features a crosslinked polyethylene hose, and includes a brass nozzle with PTFE seals.

The drum pump motor operates at 230 V, 50/60 Hz, with a power of 460 W and protection class II 2G Ex db IIC T6 Gb, IP55. It includes overload protection with zero voltage trip and comes with a 5 m cable (without plug; please note that the customer is responsible for connection). It has undergone EC type testing by Bureau Veritas EPS 17 ATEX 1 088 X and holds an IECEx certificate IECEx EPS 17.0045 X.

The pump unit is made of stainless steel 1.4571, with an external diameter of 41 mm and a connection thread of G 1 1/4''. It features a stainless steel shaft and an immersion tube length of 1000 mm for 200-litre drums, with EC type test ZELM 09 ATEX 0424 X. The set includes a 2 m conductive multi-purpose hose (1'' NW 25), two stainless steel hose connections (IG 1 ¼'' or IG 1''), one nickel-plated brass nozzle with PTFE seals, and one potential equalization cable set for earthing the pump.
