Electric drum/container pump set for light chemicals, with a flow rate of 82 l/min and a maximum height of 9 m. The pump is lightweight and easy to handle, allowing for safe and fast emptying of 1000 litre IBC/CTC containers and 200 litre drums. This practical pump set is ready for immediate use.
Designed for IBC/CTC tank containers and 200 litre drums, it is suitable for light chemicals, slightly aggressive acids, and slightly alkaline solutions. It has a maximum flow rate of 82 l/min, a maximum height of 9 m, a maximum viscosity of 400 mPas, and a maximum density of 1.3 g/cm³. The pump unit is made of polypropylene with an HC shaft, featuring a PVC hose and a polypropylene nozzle with FKM seals.
The drum pump motor operates at 230 V, 50/60 Hz, with a power of 460 W. It has a protection class of IP24, double insulation for protection class II, and an overcurrent circuit breaker with a zero voltage trip. The pump comes with a 5 m cable with a safety plug.
The pump unit has an external diameter of 41 mm and an immersion tube length of 1200 mm, allowing it to extend approximately 200 mm beyond the drum. It features an HC shaft, a connection thread of G 1 1/4'', and a hose connection of 1'' (NW 25). The set includes a 2 m PVC hose (1'' NW 25), two stainless steel hose clamps, and one polypropylene nozzle (1'' with FKM seals).
