Electric drum/container pump set for highly aggressive chemicals, IP24, 112 l/min, 16 m height. The pump motor has a protection class of IP24, ensuring safe and fast emptying of 1000 litre IBC/CTC containers and 200 litre drums. This practical pump set is ready for immediate use.
Designed for IBC/CTC tank containers and 200 litre drums, it handles highly aggressive chemicals and acids. It has a maximum flow rate of 112 l/min, a maximum height of 16 m, a maximum viscosity of 1000 mPas, and a maximum density of 1.9 g/cm³. The pump unit is made of PVDF, with a crosslinked polyethylene hose and a PVDF nozzle featuring FKM seals.
The drum pump motor operates at 230 V, 50/60 Hz, with a power of 825 W. It includes double insulation for protection class II, an overcurrent circuit breaker with zero voltage trip, and a 5 m cable with a safety plug. The pump unit features a PVDF construction with an external diameter of 41 mm and an immersion tube length of 1200 mm, allowing it to extend approximately 200 mm beyond the drum. The HC shaft has a connection thread of G 1 1/4'' and a hose connection of 1'' (NW 25). It comes with a 2 m hose made of crosslinked PE (1'' NW 25) and includes 2 stainless steel hose clamps and 1 PVDF nozzle (1'' with FKM seals).
