Compressed air drum pump set for flammable media, 91 l/min, 400 W, explosion protected. Suitable for 200 litre drums, it offers a high level of safety when handling flammable media in hazardous areas. The low weight ensures easy handling.

This compressed air pump set is designed for 200 litre drums and is suitable for use in explosion hazard zone 0 or in explosion hazard zones 1 or 2. It features a no-seal version without a mechanical seal, a pump unit made of stainless steel 1.4571, and a 2 m conductive multi-purpose hose 1'' (NW 25) made of crosslinked polyethylene. It includes two stainless steel hose connections with 1 1/4'' and 1'' internal threads, one nickel plated brass nozzle with PTFE seals, and one potential equalization cable set for earthing the drum pump.

Compatible with flammable media such as alcohol, petrol, brake cleaner, butyl acetate, antifreeze concentrate, isopropanol, kerosene, concentrated formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, and solvents like acetone, butanol, ethanol, methanol, and toluene. The stainless steel compressed air motor operates at 400 W with a maximum pressure of 6 bar. The housing is made of stainless steel, and the motor includes a ball cock and silencer, Ex II 2 GD c IIC (80 °C) X.
