Compressed air drum pump set for flammable media, 78 l/min, 300 W, explosion protected. Suitable for 200 litre drums, it offers a high level of safety when handling flammable media in hazardous areas. Its low weight ensures easy handling.

This compressed air pump set is designed for 200 litre drums and can be used in explosion hazard zone 0 or in zones 1 or 2. It features a no-seal version without a mechanical seal, a pump unit made of stainless steel 1.4571, and a 2 m conductive multi-purpose hose 1'' (NW 25) made of crosslinked polyethylene. It includes two stainless steel hose connections with 1 1/4'' and 1'' internal threads, one nickel plated brass nozzle with PTFE seals, and one potential equalisation cable set for earthing the drum pump.

Compatible with flammable media such as alcohol, petrol, brake cleaner, butyl acetate, antifreeze concentrate, isopropanol, kerosene, concentrated formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, and solvents like acetone, butanol, ethanol, methanol, and toluene. The aluminium compressed air motor operates at 300 W with a maximum pressure of 6 bar. The motor is equipped with a ball cock and silencer, Ex II 2 GD c IIC (80 °C) X.
