Jessberger Compressed air container pump set, for flammable media 80 l/min, 600 W

Compressed air container pump set for flammable media, 80 l/min, 600 W, explosion protected. Designed for IBC/CTC tank containers, it offers a high level of safety when handling flammable media in hazardous areas. Its low weight ensures easy handling.

This compressed air pump set is suitable for IBC/CTC tank containers and can be used in explosion hazard zone 0 or in explosion hazard zones 1 or 2. It features a no-seal version without a mechanical seal, a pump unit made of stainless steel 1.4571, and a 2 m conductive multi-purpose hose (1'' NW 25) made of crosslinked polyethylene. It includes two stainless steel hose connections with 1 1/4'' and 1'' internal threads, one nickel-plated brass nozzle with PTFE seals, and one potential equalization cable set for earthing the drum pump.

Compatible with flammable media such as alcohol, petrol, brake cleaner, butyl acetate, antifreeze concentrate, isopropanol, kerosene, concentrated formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, and solvents like acetone, butanol, ethanol, methanol, and toluene. The aluminum compressed air motor operates at 600 W with a maximum pressure of 6 bar, Ex 2GD c IIC T6 (80 °C) X, and includes a silencer and a lockable push-button on/off switch.
