Irwin RETURN KOBALT SET 25 pcs. 1.0 13.0 mm in 0.5 mm increments

Metal storage box containing 25 Irwin HSS cobalt metal drill bits with diameters ranging from 1.0 to 13.0 mm, in increments of 0.5 mm. The drill bits feature a split point with a 135-degree angle, ensuring perfect centering and limited drilling pressure. The cobalt metal drill bits are designed for drilling into stainless steel and must be cooled with drilling oil during use.

The cobalt metal drill bits comply with DIN 338 and have an industrial-grade ground flute for high precision drilling and fast chip removal. The bits are made from high-quality HSS steel with 5% cobalt (Co). The additional 5% cobalt enhances the hardness (heat resistance) and wear resistance of the drill bit, resulting in significantly longer service life. The surface of the drill bits is gold-plated for added durability.

The drill bits have a round shank, making them suitable for quick-change or keyless chuck systems. Please note that the thicker drill bits in this set do not have a reduced shank diameter.
