Intercable Hand punch

Intercable Tools hand punch hydraulic 60 kN, type HP60-BL. This hand punch features a punching force of 60 kN and is suitable for punching round, square, and rectangular holes in materials up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm. It has a lightweight, compact, and robust design, with a head that can be swivelled or rotated 360 degrees. The hydraulic head is made of high-strength aluminum material and offers fast feed through double piston hydraulics.

Additional features include automatic pressure limitation and manual return, which can be achieved by turning the handle in any position. The application temperature range is from -10 degrees C to +40 degrees C, with an operating pressure of 700 bar.

Punching capacities are as follows:

• Up to a diameter of 63.5 mm: 3.0 mm St material and 2.5 mm VA material
• Up to 68.0 x 68.0 mm: 3.0 mm St material and 1.5 mm VA material
• Up to 92.0 x 92.0 mm: 2.5 mm St material and 1.5 mm VA material
• Larger sizes from 92.0 x 92.0 mm to 138.0 x 138.0 mm: 2.0 mm St material

Set equipment includes a hydraulic cordless perforator, LI-Ion battery 18V/3Ah, charger for LI-Ion batteries, hydraulic screws, a spacer bushing, a tube of anti-wear paste, an HSS-E step drill bit, a USB cable, a CD-ROM, and a transport case to hold the tool, spare battery, charger, and 8 pairs of round hole inserts.
