The TRE SPLIT split punch sheet metal punching system for ST 37 sheets divides the sheet into 3 parts. This prevents the waste piece from being clamped tightly to the pull screw or in the die. It allows for quick and burr-free punching. Maximum sheet thickness: 2 mm with a 9.5 mm pull screw/pull bolt and 3 mm with a 19 mm pull screw/pull bolt. The punches are suitable for manual and hydraulic operation. The special cutting geometry of the TRE SPLIT punch reduces the cutting pressure requirement, thus easing the effort in manual operation with ball bearing screws. It also ensures relief for hydraulic tools. The anti-wear paste protects against wear and seizing.
