Homematic IP HmIP starter set underfloor heating L

The Homematic IP Underfloor Heating Starter Set L includes everything needed to set up a smart underfloor heating system. This set consists of the Access Point (HMIP-HAP), one underfloor heating actuator (HmIP-FALMOT-C12), three wall thermostats with humidity sensors (HMIP-WTH-1), and three motorized actuators (HmIP-VDMOT). The Access Point (HMIP-HAP) is used to connect the smartphone to the Homematic IP cloud and the Homematic IP devices. It transmits settings and configuration data as well as control commands from the smartphone to the Homematic IP devices. The Access Point is connected to a conventional router via a network cable. With the Homematic IP underfloor heating actuator (HmIP-FALMOT-C12), you can comfortably and demand-oriented control your underfloor heating room by room via a smartphone app or with the Homematic IP wall thermostat (HMIP-WTH-1), thus adjusting the room temperature to individual needs. The underfloor heating actuator can be used in conjunction with motorized actuators (HmIP-VDMOT) to control an underfloor heating system with up to 12 heating circuits and can operate in both heating and cooling modes (provided the heating system supports this mode of operation). The device can be flexibly mounted with the included screws or simply on a DIN rail. Thanks to the secure radio communication between the Homematic IP devices, the wiring effort is minimized.
