The DB 510 Vario is equipped with a continuously variable speed control and features a torsion-resistant gray cast iron machine bed for high running smoothness and precision. The tailstock and headstock are also made of stable gray cast iron. The spindle has high roundness accuracy. There are three continuously adjustable speed ranges. Standard with both right and left rotation. 24 mm hole spacing with a locking mechanism for securing the workpiece. The tailstock quill has a bore for processing long workpieces. The tailstock can be fixed using a quick-release lever. The turning tool support is easily adjustable. An LED speed display is also included.
