HG Hydraulic magnetic measuring stand (with base) with mechanical fine adjustment at the base

Hydraulic measuring stand with central clamping. One hand can remain free for setting up the measuring gauge. All joints are rigidly clamped by the central knob. The patented mechanism generates high pressure, so the handwheel only needs to be turned with minimal force. The oil hydraulics are secured against oil loss by double seals. The clamping force can be adjusted continuously. The articulated arms can rotate 360° at the measuring gauge holder and can be pivoted over 180°. The measuring gauge holder is suitable for measuring gauges with a shaft diameter of 8 mm or a prism. The magnetic base has a prismatic sole and a strong permanent magnet. A rotary switch allows for turning the magnetic force on and off. The magnetic force acts through the flat back and the prismatic underside of the base. Additionally, there is a rotatable fine adjustment on the magnetic base that provides high stability even under greater measuring forces.
