Design: Hydraulic measuring stand with central clamping. One hand can remain free for setting up the dial gauge. All joints are rigidly clamped by the central knob. The patented mechanism generates high pressure, so the handwheel only needs to be turned with minimal force. Oil hydraulics are secured against oil loss by double seals. The clamping force can be adjusted continuously. The joint arms are 360° rotatable and can be pivoted over 180° at the dial gauge holder. The dial gauge holder is suitable for gauges with a shaft diameter of 8 mm or a prism. Magnetic base with a prismatic sole. Strong permanent magnet. Rotary switch for turning the magnetic force on and off. The magnetic force acts through the flat back and the prismatic underside of the base. Note: Hydraulic measuring stands can withstand high temperature fluctuations when the clamp is open. The oil requires some time to adjust to the temperature. In the clamped state, a maximum temperature difference of 15 °C can be achieved without significant pressure fluctuations. These fluctuations can cause damage to the stand or the objects being held.
