Hewi Pair of lever handles 162PCM / 162XAM 99 plastic with mini lever handle rose square spindle 8 mm

Mini with flat push button rosette made of polyamide, diameter 32 mm, consisting of: Door handle model 162.21PCM in angled shape made of polyamide with a continuous steel core extending to the end of the handle, uniformly colored, or model 162.21XAM made of stainless steel round tube in angled cut (1.4301) with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. Diameter of each is 21.3 mm, with approach guidance. The square pin of the handle part is 8 mm with trapezoidal thread. The handle is fixed in a press-fit bearing with a circumferential tooth profile and a polyamide sliding bearing bush with two lugs as a torsion protection in the press-fit bearing. The M5 threaded pin secures itself, as a safety for the door handle hole parts, in a recess in the square pin, thus contributing to optimal force transmission into the door leaf. Designed for use with mortise locks according to DIN 18251. Installation of the press-fit bushes using a mounting nut with trapezoidal thread SW 19, therefore we recommend installation with a ring wrench (SW 19). The milling dimension in the area of the lock nut must have a nominal dimension of 25 mm. Manufacturing tolerances of +/- 1 mm can be compensated by the press-fit bearing. For installation on residential and interior doors with HDF top layer and core layers made of chipboard or solid chip inserts, available in both flush and rebated versions. We recommend the installation of Mini exclusively on door elements tested by HEWI and door manufacturers. Designed and tested for commercial applications.
