Heuer Brockhaus 110140 Protective Jaws Type N for Vise - 140 mm
Special Features
The protective jaws have a solid aluminum core or are made entirely of polyurethane (Type PP and Type PR). The profile is right-angled and parallel, which maintains the accuracy of the Heuer vise. Thanks to the integrated special magnets, the protective jaws adhere securely to the forged iron vise. Despite the extremely strong magnets, the magnetism does not penetrate the clamping surfaces, so no chips are attracted and the clamped workpiece is not magnetized. The jaws are made of aluminum with a hardness between copper and lead. Six horizontal slots hold the workpiece firmly in position. The deeper slot in the center is designed for clamping thin sheet metal, pins, etc.
