Helios VDD EC 450 B

Vertical EC roof fan with an efficient aluminum housing and newly developed high-performance centrifugal wheel. The housing is made of seawater-resistant aluminum with integrated intrusion protection. The motor carrier plate and the base plate with inlet nozzle are made of galvanized steel. The base plate contains threaded screws for attaching suction-side accessories according to the hole pattern specified in DIN 24155, sheet 3. A protective grille is standard on the outlet side in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13857. The high-performance centrifugal wheel features backward-curved plastic blades and is dynamically balanced according to DIN ISO 1940-1. It is equipped with an energy-saving, speed-controlled EC external rotor motor in a closed design with IP 54 protection class for maximum efficiency. The fan is ball-bearing mounted with moisture protection insulation, maintenance-free, and trouble-free. It includes integrated electronic temperature monitoring for the EC motor and electronics. The fan is supplied as standard with an external connection box, an external test switch with IP 65 protection, and an internal potentiometer for adjusting the control voltage, allowing for any fan speed between minimum and maximum. Stepless speed control is available with an external potentiometer or a universal control system.
