Helios VARD 450/2 EX

High-pressure tube fan with a cylindrical tube sleeve and flanges on both sides, directly driven and explosion-proof in accordance with ATEX. The cylindrical tube is made of galvanized sheet steel, with flanges formed on both sides and a hole pattern to DIN 24155, featuring a built-in guide vane. It has a semi-axial impeller with eight spatially curved blades made of galvanized steel. The fan operates vibration-free thanks to dynamic balancing in accordance with quality level G 6.3 VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940. It is equipped with a three-phase squirrel-cage motor, enclosed design, maintenance-free, sealed, and features low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication, which are not adjustable. The Ex version complies with ATEX standards.
