Sound-insulated centrifugal duct fan for direct installation in rectangular duct systems with a pivoting fan unit. The housing is made of galvanized steel sheet with standardized duct flange profiles on both sides, offering a space-saving design and a sound-absorbing interior lining made of 50 mm thick mineral fiber boards. Thanks to the pivoting motor-impeller unit, the fan is easy to maintain. The powerful radial impeller features backward-curved plastic blades. Vibration-free operation is ensured by dynamic balancing according to quality grade G 6.3 DIN ISO 1940 T.1. The drive consists of a maintenance-free single-phase AC external rotor motor with a closed design, thermal contacts routed to the terminal block, and speed control via a 5-step transformer or electronically (continuously variable). The winding has moisture protection impregnation and is sealed, with low-noise ball bearings that provide long-term lubrication. The power connection is made via a pre-assembled connection box (IP54).
