Helios KVD 280/4/60/30 EX

Centrifugal duct fan for direct installation in rectangular air duct systems, explosion-proof according to ATEX. The housing is made of galvanized steel sheet with standardized duct flange profiles on both sides and features a space-saving design that is easy to maintain thanks to a pivoting motor-impeller unit. The forward-curved drum impeller is made of galvanized steel, offers good efficiency and low noise levels, with an aerodynamically optimized housing and airflow through a nozzle. The motor-impeller unit is dynamically balanced.

Drive: Three-phase external rotor motor, explosion-proof according to ATEX, with a closed design that is maintenance-free. It features sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication and an integrated PTC thermistor. Speed control is permissible if the PTC thermistor is connected to the MSA triggering system; however, the voltage must not fall below 100 V.
