Helios HRFD 630/4 EX

Axial high-performance fan with cylindrical tube sleeve and flanges on both sides. It is directly driven and explosion-proof in accordance with ATEX. The cylindrical tube is made of galvanized sheet steel, featuring an impeller enclosure and flanges formed on both sides, with a hole pattern to DIN 24155 and an external terminal box. The impeller has 7 blades made of thermoplastic, ensuring high efficiency and low operating noise. It operates with vibration-free performance, thanks to dynamic balancing in accordance with quality level G 6.3 VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940. This fan can be used in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +40 °C, with a surface resistance of less than 1 GOhm. It is equipped with a three-phase squirrel-cage motor, featuring an enclosed design that is maintenance-free, sealed, and includes low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication. The motor is not adjustable and is compliant with ATEX standards.
