Helios HRFD 315/4 EX

Axial high-performance fan with a cylindrical casing and flanges on both sides. It is directly driven and explosion-proof according to ATEX standards. The cylindrical duct is made of galvanized steel sheet and features an impeller housing as well as flanges shaped on both sides, with a hole pattern according to DIN 24155 and an external connection box. The impeller has 7 blades made of thermoplastic, ensuring high efficiency and low operating noise levels. It operates without vibrations due to dynamic balancing according to quality level G 6.3 VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940. This fan can be used at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +40 °C, with a surface resistance of less than 1 GOhm. It is equipped with a closed, maintenance-free three-phase cage motor with sealed, low-noise ball bearings that have long-term lubrication and are non-adjustable. The Ex version complies with ATEX regulations.
