Cylindrical duct as fan housing, made of sheet steel with flanges formed on both sides, hole pattern to DIN 24155 sheet 3. Flow-optimized guide vane made of sheet steel, installed to increase pressure for maximum efficiency. Surface protection by powder coating in RAL 7015 (colour: grey). Housing terminal box made of plastic with cable gland on the customer side, attached to the outside of the fan housing on a separate bracket. Axial impeller with ten aerodynamically profiled cast aluminium blades. Impeller mounted directly on motor shaft. Vibration-free operation thanks to dynamic balancing in accordance with quality level G 6.3 VDI 2060 and DIN ISO 1940. Blades infinitely adjustable at standstill. Three-phase standard motor, protection class IP 55, arranged directly in the air flow, standard PTC thermistor as winding protection.
