The screw anchor Multi-Monti-plus (MMS-plus) is an advanced version of the concrete screw Multi-Monti. Without a plug, the certified screw anchor is driven directly into a pre-drilled hole and is immediately load-bearing. Its reinforced tooth concrete thread cuts an internal thread into the building material, creating a form-fitting connection that serves as an anchor. The Multi-Monti-plus system is not only quick and easy to install but also ensures a secure connection, as confirmed by the existing ETA certification. The screws can be installed close to the edge without a torque wrench, and they can be removed and reused after checking the condition of the thread.
