The Multi-Monti®-plus screw anchor (MMS-plus) is an advanced version of the Multi-Monti® concrete screw. It is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without a plug and is immediately load-bearing. The reinforced serration at the screw tip cuts an internal thread into the building material during installation. This creates a form closure, which ultimately secures the anchor. This not only simplifies the installation process but also ensures a high level of application safety for the craftsman.

The Multi-Monti®-plus concrete screw can be processed close to edges and without a torque wrench, is fully disassemblable, and can be reused after testing.

The installation-friendly screw anchor can also be used with heavily worn drill bits. The optimized concrete thread with full thread variants is suitable for the highest demands. There are two setting depths for greater flexibility. The anchor can be set mechanically and is immediately load-bearing.

The expanded product range and dimensions are suitable for various applications, architectural conditions, and areas of use. The serrated functional tip reduces wear and allows for multiple uses in temporary fixings. A larger approved range for ETA Option 1 starting from MMS-plus 6, including seismic applications from a diameter of 10, is also available.
