4 steps to success:
1. Fix spring strut on clamping plate via gripper and brakes.
2. Grip spring with universal clamping plate.
3. Move tensioner together with reversible ratchet or cordless screwdriver.
4. Dismantle shock absorber without load and mount new one (then reverse order).
