HAZET Haze Cordless Impact Wrench 1/2" 1x 18V 9212-3LB/3

Application: Work independently with high efficiency thanks to the brushless motor. This 3-piece set includes a cordless impact wrench, a quick charger, and a Li-ion rechargeable battery (18 V, 5 Ah) housed in a HAZET L-Boxx 136 with a soft foam insert.

There are three power stages to choose from for torque acceleration:

• Stage 1: 80 Nm at 0 – 600 rpm (0 – 1200 impacts/min)
• Stage 2: 300 Nm at 0 – 1400 rpm (0 – 2500 impacts/min)
• Stage 3: 500 Nm at 0 – 2000 rpm (0 – 3400 impacts/min)

The work area is illuminated before output begins. The amperage without load is 5.5 A, and the net weight is 1.86 kg (without the rechargeable battery). The dimensions including the rechargeable battery are 204 x 64 x 259 mm. It includes a belt clip that can be attached on both sides.

The brushless DC motor (BLDC) offers a longer service life with less wear and eliminates the need to change carbon brushes. It provides high efficiency and less battery consumption, while the more compact motor allows for smaller dimensions. The recommended torque is 500 Nm, with a sound power level of 110.4 dB(A) and vibration acceleration of 20.30 m/s². The maximum loosening torque is determined with screw size M16, and it features multi-stage forward and reverse operation.

The output is a square, solid 12.5 mm (1/2 inch). The tightening torque maximum is 500 Nm, and the maximum loosening torque is 700 Nm. The sound pressure level is 99.4 dB(A), with revolutions per minute ranging from 0 to 2000.

Li-Ion batteries do not have any memory effect and consist of cells with 3.6 V each. After a full charge, they can have a peak voltage of up to 20 V. For longer battery life, it is recommended to store the battery charged to 50 to 80%. These batteries have an energy density that is twice as high as nickel cadmium batteries and a nominal voltage three times higher than nickel metal hydride batteries. They require multiple complete charging cycles to reach full capacity.
