This Simplex soft-faced hammer from the 3003 series features special striking inserts with a diameter of 50 mm integrated into a housing with a diameter of 40 mm. The oversized striking surfaces provide maximum protection for the delicate processing of workpieces with sensitive surfaces. This model is equipped on both sides with the gray TPE-mid insert. This medium-hard gray insert offers comparable striking power to the black rubber composite insert, but without leaving any unwanted black residue. The housing is made of ductile iron and includes an integrated handle protection sleeve, ensuring high break resistance. The high-quality, vibration-dampening, ergonomically shaped wooden handle is double-coated in the grip area, making it resistant to dirt. Following the clever Simplex principle, all components are interchangeable and can be retrofitted, which not only saves money but also conserves resources.
