Product details
This Simplex soft hammer features an extra short handle. Its compact design prevents the end of the handle from hitting the ground.
The Simplex soft hammer, with a diameter of 80 mm and a combination of rubber composition/nylon, covers a wide range of applications and is therefore widely used in the metalworking industry. This best-seller from Halder has now been further developed:
The rubber insert with a stable base provides a secure headstand for the hammer thanks to its ingenious design, reducing the need to bend over and making work significantly more ergonomic and back-friendly. The proven rubber mixture is highly wear-resistant, shock-absorbing, and odor-neutral, lasting many times longer than a conventional rubber hammer.
The nylon insert offers outstanding striking properties and guarantees maximum strength with the highest durability. It is made from extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, it is significantly more wear-resistant and robust, and it does not splinter even at low temperatures. Additionally, it is oil- and grease-resistant.
The housing made of ductile iron features an integrated handle protection sleeve that ensures high break resistance.
The high-quality, vibration-damping, ergonomically shaped extra short wooden handle is double-coated in the grip area, making it resistant to dirt.
According to the clever Simplex principle, all components are interchangeable and can be retrofitted. This not only saves money but also conserves resources.
