Hager Load Management Module XEV305: Additional Details
The charging control enables house load limitation and the use of renewable energy (PV, CHP) for three-phase charging. The module is designed for use with Hager charging stations and for installation in the meter cabinet. It allows for dynamic adjustment of the charging current of the charging station to the available capacity of the house installation to avoid overload. If the threshold is exceeded, the charging current of the vehicle is reduced until charging is interrupted.
The device can also be used for targeted charging of renewable energy by attaching the current transformer to the feed line. The charging station waits after connecting a vehicle until the minimum current is exceeded, and then starts charging, which dynamically follows the fed-in current.
The charging control module consists of a DIN rail-mounted device with 3 transformers. Possible adjustable limits for the overall installation range from 15 to 100 A. Note: A two-wire connection to the charging control module in the charging station is required.
