The GYSMI 160P is an inverter-based electric welding machine with microprocessor control and digital display, designed for MMA manual welding applications. This compact device operates with a standard 16A 230V power supply and offers a welding current range of 10-160 A, suitable for electrodes with diameters from 1.6 mm to 4 mm. The machine features advanced welding functions such as Hot-Start for increased starting current, Anti-Sticking to prevent electrode sticking, and Arc-Force for improved performance with demanding electrodes. It supports various types of electrodes including stainless steel, rutile, basic, and cast iron electrodes on direct current. With dimensions of 270 mm in length, 170 mm in width, and 110 mm in height, as well as a weight of 4.2 kg, this portable welder is designed for workshop and on-site applications. The package includes the welding inverter, electrode holder, ground clamp, LCD Techno 11 welding helmet, welding gloves, welding apron, and additional welding accessories. Technical specifications include a maximum electrode diameter of 4 mm, no-load voltage of 72 V, operating temperature range of -10°C to 40°C, and IP21 protection class.
