The versatile modular system allows for individual adjustments according to your needs. Stable side profiles measuring 20 x 60 x 20 mm. Ball-bearing rollers with a diameter of 48 mm. Offset arrangement of the rollers from axle to axle with the same number per axle. The underside of the conveyed goods must be even, firm, and smooth to ensure material flow. Assembly: • Assemble the required conveyor length from individual track pieces and determine the need for straight sections and curves. • Determine the track width based on the largest size and the axle spacing of the rollers based on the smallest size of the conveyed goods. • With an axle spacing of 75 mm, the effective length is 975 mm for 1 m and 1950 mm for 2 m. • Use our individual CAD service for comprehensive complete planning.
