Light roller conveyor made of steel frame with plastic rollers, track width 300 mm, axle spacing 100 mm, length 1.5 m. Optimizes material flow within the company. Modular system, thus individually customizable. Due to its very low weight, it can be used flexibly. This light roller conveyor from GURA quickly and easily improves operational material flow. The versatile modular system allows for individual adjustments according to your needs. Stable side profiles measuring 20 x 60 x 20 mm. Ball-bearing rollers with a diameter of 48 mm. Offset arrangement of the rollers from axle to axle with the same number per axle. The underside of the conveyed goods must be level, firm, and smooth to ensure material flow.

Assembly:

• Assemble the required conveyor length from individual track pieces and determine the need for straight sections and curves.
• Determine the track width based on the largest size of the conveyed goods and the axle spacing of the rollers based on the smallest size.
• At an axle spacing of 75 mm, the effective length is 975 mm for 1 m and 1950 mm for 2 m.
