The GSM door station can be used at entrances that only have a 12 V AC/DC power supply, as is the case with most doorbell systems. To establish communication with a phone or mobile device, simply pre-program the SIM card in the phone, insert the SIM card into the GSM module of the door station, connect the power supply, and possibly establish the cable connection to the door opener. Up to seven phone numbers can be stored in the memory for calls from the door station, which will be dialed in sequence when the bell rings.

The device features a single illuminated doorbell button, an antenna with a magnetic base, a 2 m connection cable, and an SMA connector. A backup battery can be installed in the GSM door station, which provides power for up to 48 hours in the event of a power outage. If there is a sudden loss of power, an SMS will be sent to your mobile phone, so you are immediately informed if something is wrong.

Programming is conveniently done via SMS or through a PC, and installation is surface-mounted.
