Fallen mortise lock with lower security requirements (break-in), but with a latch blocking mechanism that can be operated from the outside with a push handle or button. Opening is only possible via the interchangeable function with a key or an electronic fitting. The panic function allows exit from the panic side at any time.

Designed for use in commercial spaces, administrative buildings, banks, hospitals, hotels, and upscale residential construction.
