The TAURUS® 3 blind rivet setting tool from GESIPA is a powerful device designed for processing blind rivets up to a diameter of 6.4 mm. It can handle materials made of aluminum and steel with a maximum diameter of 6 mm and a mandrel diameter of up to 3.2 mm. The tool operates at a pressure of 5 to 7 bar and provides a setting force of up to 18,000 N at 6 bar. The removable mandrel catch container is equipped with an integrated safety device that prevents the mandrels from flying out. Additionally, the receptacles for the interchangeable nozzles are integrated into the base of the device, making it easier to handle. The pneumatic-hydraulic system ensures efficient air consumption, which is approximately 4.8 liters per rivet. Weighing 1.9 kg and with a total length of about 312 mm, the device is compact and handy, making it ideal for professional use.
