The knife was developed in collaboration with the renowned hunter Randy Newberg. DTS stands for Dual Tool System and describes a knife with two blades. In addition to the large primary blade made of 440C steel, the DTS features a second blade with a serrated edge made of D2. This allows for easy handling of difficult cuts such as opening a hide, cutting through tendons, or working in hard-to-reach areas. Ergonomic nylon handle scales provide a secure grip during use, and the striking color scheme aids in easily locating the knife in the field. The package also includes a belt sheath.
