Gedore Grease hydraulic pressure spindle

For controlled and safe extraction. Designed for a pressing force of 10 t, 12 t, or 15 t. The pressing piece can be replaced with a tip and extended if necessary. The small pressure spindle is secured with a rotation lock to prevent unintended unscrewing.

Preparation for use:
1. Before use, check that the pressure spindle is screwed out far enough from the cap so that the pressing piece is in the starting position in the hydraulic cylinder.
2. Unscrew the cap from the spindle body. First, loosen the threaded pin.
3. Screw the spindle body from below into the crossbeam of the puller until the spindle body protrudes about 60 mm from the crossbeam.
4. Screw the cap onto the spindle body until it stops, and then secure it by tightening the threaded pin.

Usage and operation:
5. Position the puller and pre-tension the spindle body with a SW 41 wrench.
6. Screw the pressure spindle SW 17 into the cap. The hydraulic system is activated. The stroke of the pressing piece in the hydraulic cylinder is a maximum of 12 mm. The hydraulically released workpiece can be completely extracted by turning the spindle body with the cap SW 41.
7. After use, the pressure spindle SW 17 is turned back to the starting position, and the pressing piece is pressed back into the hydraulic cylinder.
