Garvan MTG-3000H

The MTG-3000H gas leak detector is a compact, elegant gas alarm designed to detect leaks of natural gas, bottled gas, and town gas. The detector is suitable for installation in residential homes, RVs, and boats. The alarm connects to a 12V power source for RVs and boats, as well as to 230 VAC / 12 V for private use. It responds to a concentration of 6% corresponding to the lower explosion limit: Propane 0.11%, Butane 0.09%, Methane 0.25%. The alarm is indicated by an acoustic signal (85 dB) and visual indicators (green LED - powered on, red LED - danger, yellow LED - fault warning). For the detector to accurately identify a natural gas leak, it should be installed about 30 cm from the ceiling and no more than 8 meters from a potential gas leak source. To protect against possible liquid gas leaks, the detector should also be installed about 30 cm from the ceiling and within 8 meters of a potential gas leak source. The gas leak detector is sold with mounting brackets, screws, plugs, and a transformer with a 2-meter cable.
