It also detects the smallest metallic objects. The Super Scanner features automatic calibration and a battery check. No further adjustments are necessary. When an object is detected, the device emits an acoustic and visual alarm. Simply press the power button, and the automatic mode detects all hidden metallic items. Additionally, the handheld metal detector has an elimination switch, allowing the sensitivity to be adjusted if nearby metal, such as rebar in the ground, causes interference.
