Design: Solid carbide thread milling cutter with uneven tooth spacing and an increased number of cutting edges. The uneven tooth spacing ensures high running smoothness and tool life. Newly developed universal geometry and high-performance coating for use across a wide range of materials. Significantly reduced vibrations due to uneven tooth spacing. Increased number of cutting edges. Latest generation AlTiN-based HIPIMS coating. Corrected thread profile to prevent profile distortion. Note: Also suitable for thread dimensions G5/8 - G7/8. Advantage: Significantly lower radial deflection compared to multi-tooth thread milling cutters. Axial cooling grooves on the shank for optimal chip evacuation. Application: For cylindrical Whitworth pipe threads DIN-ISO 2281 (not for sealing connections). Suitable for both internal and external threads.
