The FUTURO Spiral Drill Type G-Plus is a highly developed tool specifically designed for demanding drilling applications. With a TiN coating and a robust HSS construction, this drill offers excellent performance even under challenging conditions. The drill is manufactured according to DIN 338 and features a point angle of 130°, allowing for efficient chip removal and improved cooling of the drill tip. It is ideally suited for drilling gray cast iron and steels with a strength of up to 1000 N/mm², although it is not recommended for Cr-Ni steels or stainless steels. The flutes are ground, which enhances stability and precision during drilling. With an overall length of 151 mm and a working length of 101 mm, this spiral drill is versatile and provides a reliable solution for various applications in metalworking.
