Flott Drilling Machine, SB 40 NC PLUS/400 V

The Flott SB 40 NC PLUS R3 features a threading device for sizes up to M36. The core functions can be controlled with just four buttons and a simple menu navigation via the OLED touchscreen display and the rotary push-button. It includes an additional 4.3-inch panel with touch control, allowing for free selection of drilling, reaming, countersinking, flow forming, threading, and free programming. The comfortable human-machine interface (HMI) enables the programming of the feed rate. It has a robust, high-quality drill head cover with an ergonomically inclined front. The drilling machine offers stepless speed control, drilling/threading functions, precise display of drilling depth (set/actual), speed, counting function for the drilling stroke, intelligent memory function for parameters, and an energy-saving mode. It is equipped with a robust, brushless AC motor with 400 V, a frequency converter, a motor protection switch, a drilling depth stop, and LED lighting. The delivery includes a protective cover, but does not include a drill chuck. Complies with DIN EN 55011:2016 + A1:2017.
