The Flexa plastic protective hose AIRflex-KUW-PVC-AS is a highly flexible solution for cable protection and management. With a length of 10 meters and a diameter of 27 millimeters, this spiral-wound plastic hose provides a reliable and durable way to protect cables in various applications. The hose is made from soft PVC and features a plastic-coated spring steel wire spiral, giving it high stretch and compression capabilities. It is designed for use in demanding environments, including mechanical engineering, plant construction, vehicle manufacturing, and electrical installations. The protective hose is both air- and liquid-tight and offers internal corrosion protection, making it ideal for use in cable carriers and as a suction hose. Additionally, it meets strict safety standards and is VDE certified as well as compliant with REACH and RoHS.

  • Temperature range from -25°C to +90°C, briefly up to +100°C
  • Highly flexible, stretchable, and compressible
  • Air- and liquid-tight, largely resistant to acids and oils
  • Silicone and cadmium-free, with internal corrosion protection
  • Protection class IP68 for high demands on tightness.
