Fischer Putzdübel DIPK 10/140-160

The Fischer impact anchor DIPK 10 consists of a white anchor sleeve with an integrated plate and a fiberglass-reinforced plastic nail. The DIPK 10 is driven in with a hammer. As the nail is driven in, the anchor shaft expands within the building material. When used in solid materials, the GFK nail must be shortened at the tapered predetermined breaking point. The Fischer impact anchor DIPK 10 is ideal for securely fastening pressure-resistant insulation materials up to 160 mm thick, such as polystyrene boards, wood wool lightweight boards, and PU rigid foam boards in concrete, solid, and hollow blocks.

Advantages: The fiberglass-reinforced plastic nail (GFK nail) reduces thermal transmission and prevents markings on the plaster surface. The simple impact installation allows for a quick setting process, thus reducing labor effort. The proven design with a low anchoring depth minimizes drilling effort and achieves high cost-effectiveness. The DIPK can be universally used in ventilated facades as well as in plaster facades.

Application: For fixing pressure-resistant insulation materials in facades such as polystyrene boards, wood wool lightweight boards, cork/coconut boards, and PU rigid foam boards.

Building materials: Concrete, lightweight concrete hollow blocks, high-hole bricks, lime-sand hollow bricks, lime-sand solid bricks, natural stone with a dense structure, and solid bricks.

Functionality: The non-load-bearing layers such as adhesive and/or old plaster must be added to the usable length of the anchor. The DIPK is installed in a through-mounting method with a hammer. In solid materials, the GFK nail must be shortened at the predetermined breaking point. By driving the nail into the anchor shaft, the DIPK expands in the anchoring substrate.
