The FBN II bolt anchor is suitable for pre-assembly and through-mounting; it can also be used for spacing assembly under certain conditions. Before installation, position the hex nut optimally (the impact pin protrudes approximately 3 mm from the hex nut). When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and tightens it against the borehole wall. The head marking allows for easy verification of the anchoring. For series installations, we recommend using the Fabs bolt anchor setting tool. It is suitable for steel constructions, railings, brackets, ladders, cable trays, machines, stairs, gates, and facades. The standard anchoring depth achieves the highest load capacities, resulting in fewer attachment points and smaller anchor plates being required. The reduced anchoring depth decreases the borehole depth, which reduces installation effort and increases flexibility. The long thread allows for compensation of component tolerances and spacing assemblies, thus enhancing flexibility.
